This townhouse was previously owned by architect Sam Stephenson in the 1960s and 70s. The beautiful Iveagh Gardens and iconic streets, Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street are less than a ten-minute walk away with scenery and shops situated perfectly alongside each other.
